Everyone knows the long, black Killing Joke banners they have, hanging down on either side of the stages?

 

If I got a load of them printed up on a small scale - say the same kinda material but 10cm by a metre long, would they infringe on the bands copyrights?  Would that constitute illegal merchandise?

 

Surprized no ones done it before?
