[kj] MMXII CD has just arrived!

I pre-ordered it off HMV, and it's actually turned up early! I can't see any "thanks to the gathering" like there was in absolute dissent, but there are urls at the end of several sets of lyrics with links to further information about the subject matter.
The artwork is still lacking, skulls all over the place.
