[kj] What Records Order from US

So did someone say they can pay to What Records via PayPal?  I, intentionally, do not have a credit card.  I have a Visa bank card but my credit union does not allow to make overseas payments.  Soooooooo I was hoping to to do this via PayPal.  But I cannot find the option.
I tried contacting them (aol email account is a little bit of a miff) but did not get a response.
If any US gatherers have any suggestions please let me know
