I agree after hearing the 30 sec previews of 2012, This is sounding more
like a full continuous, consistent KJ album!

Nearly twelve thousand YouTube views in only five days. They can't all be

Okay, I just finished listening to all the snippets for the first time and I
have to say I'm blown away by what I've heard. I've liked at least half of
what they've done on the last 3 albums and still listen to them regularly,
but this to be is a whole step up beyond what they've done for me at least
since Extremities. Geordie's chime is back, Big Paul sounds like he's more
comfortable being back in the fold too. The drums are finally mixed so much
better than the last album where they sounded a little on the flat side. Jaz
is singing more, and great fucking lyrics from what I've heard so far,
including the whole of In Cythera. Great hopes for this album here.
Hopefully there's a tour of the states this year

Oops. Sorry to bring that up again! Good point though, quite an
impressive view count considering.

:) I claim about 30.

Not that any of us, and probably the band, care, but this should be a hit.
The chorus alone is better than anything Foo Fighters have come up with in
the
last 10 years. Just a great rock song, which still manages to keep the
essence of KJ.

I think people are liking the album so much b/c the last 3 (well, maybe not
Hossanas) sounded like KJ trying to sound like other bands, but this
onesounds like the Joke trying to sound like the Joke.

By following my nose I ended up sampling versions of songs by Hussey-Regan.
Despite liking both the Mission and All About Eve, those are the worst songs
I've heard in a very long time. Their version of 'Enjoy the Silence' at
least makes sense, even if it is utterly rubbish. But 'Wichita Lineman'?
'You'll Never Walk Alone'? Jesus Christ.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'd rather listen to OTG
and/or The Coutauld Talks than Hossanas.
