cost bandwidth to upload it to people, perhaps that's why...dunno.

This video-region stuff really pisses me off - there is absolutly no point
in limiting a promo vid in any way these days (has there ever been?).
Although I got the video by now I can't believe whoever is responsible is
feckin' this up so badly. Every 14 year old kid could do it properly.
