[kj] Your Favourite KJ LPs in order (today)

Just how I feel today although generally most are roughly in the position that I would place them.  Even the ones towards the bottom of the pile, especially Hosannas, have highly ecstatic moments though, there is no bad LP.  As to the current situation, quelle surprise!!  Although I would rather forget the Metropolis details.  Often I wonder if it is just not better to experience the wonders of my music collection at home rather than live, quite often, the classics never come out as they should.  Anyway here goes:

1. (of course).  Extremities
2. WTF
3. KJ 1980
4. Night Time
5. Absolute Dissent
6. Alchemy/Wardance: Mixes 1994-8
7. KJ 2003
8. Democracy
9. Revelations
10. Unperverted Pantomime
11. Pandemonium
12. MMXII
13. Fire Dances
14. Hosannas
15. OTG
16. BTATS

The Fungus Moth.

Challenging the Future.

Ha ha too true ? the ?latest? album has being going on since god knows ? they did have Adrian Sherwood in the frame at one point but I am not entirely sure if that would have worked as much as I like him!!  I think Roger wants to do the producing etc. himself but he is never satisfied with what he has.  I know that he has built an amazing recording facility in his house but never seems to get close to doing the album.  He was in touch with Geordie for a while who sent him some guitar tracks but nothing became of that.  He does love the live shows and he does dj alot ? plus he has his roller blades so he is happy.

Disc two has the early singles and some sessions and some superb dub and other mixes and the DVD disc has two vids, five TOTP appearances and a live show from 1980.

Well worth the cash.

So you wouldn't include either Killing Joke (1980), Night Time or BTATS anywhere?

?

WTF?
Revelations
ExDAVRE
Absolute Dissent
MMX2

Pandemonium
Democracy

2003 (would ranker higher if I liked more songs)
Hosannas..+Universe B single
Fire Dances

(the top half more or less moves around and share the throne according to how I'm feeling that day. Phuc', it moved around 3 times as I was writing it all down.)
?
AD/MMXII show a developing evolution of their sound (thanks BigPaul and Yachtman Youth) and share a certain consistency throughout that I think they can together be considered a double-album, or (MMX2) a sequel in some way. ?They're not just sequential in order, but related, the latter is a natural progression of the former. I think that double-album would make for a great concert itour in itself.

Blessed are the Cracked for?
? they?let?in the Light,
? ? others all are just a..
? ? ? 'nother brick in the Wall

You should have said!

If I'd have known he had roller blades to keep him happy I would have understood.

Does he have leg warmers and a Sony Walkman on which he listens to Shakattak?

Ok, I'm going to have a go too... And I haven't posted anything on here for a while.

Revelations
Fire Dances
Night Time
KJ # 1
BTATS
What's this for
Pandemonium
Ha!
Extremities
Absolute Dissent
KJ03
MMXXII
Democracy
Hosannas
OTG

Sun Goes Down, A New Day or Birds of a feather could have changed the ranking if included in some of the earlier work.
