I believe that those claims were made after an Iraqi Nuclear physicist (working in  Iraq ) informed Western intelligence agencies that Saddam 
had those capabilities, turned that that he was lying and he just wanted Saddam removed . More info here

So although Iraq didnt have WMD , Western powers at the time believed that he did .
Also the conditions of ending the first gulf war was that weapons inspectors could go into Iraq and search anywhere they wanted to and at any time , Saddam refused to let them do that, so Saddam violated the conditions that ended the first gulf war and thus the second gulf war was legal on that count

But were not claims that Iraq had WMD's that could be operational in 45 minutes proven to be based on information that could not be verified? And they knew it.

Therefore, isn't that premise illegal?

I'm really going just from memory. Not hard fact.

Well, racial abuse can come from anyone to anyone .
It doesnt matter what race you are, racial abuse is racial abuse , you seem to be saying that being mixed race exempts you from making racist statement, which is ludicrous. (For example , if a Black man and a White man racially attacked an Asianman and the Police came, would the Police only arrest the Whiteman and not the Blackman?)
The law states that if you abuse someone and put their race or ethnicity in with the abuse, that constitutes racial abuse and thats a criminal offence 
Also Tony Blair isnt a war criminal, if you disagree please state what war crimes Tony Blair has committed. 
(And please look up what a war crime is before replying)

I am English but I wouldn't mind if Jaz called WAR CRIMINAL Blair an 'English piece of shit'. I also have Irish cousins.  
Jaz is mixed race, he had an English father and has a high caste Anglo-Indian mother, so I don't see how he could face charges of racial abuse.
