[kj] London Roundhouse - place to stay?

Hooray! Easy to find on a map. Kentish Town is on the Northern line, and that stop has BR trains stopping there too. Great. A perfect North London location. A short stagger from the tube. Yeah, the old transhed next to it is great for sitting there accosting the locals with favourite songs and brandishing bottles in an attempt to garnish free accomodation for the night and hopefully, breakfast off the Police the next morning. Sorted.

http://www.foodfever.com/michaels-kentish-town-london.htm

There are these Holiday Inn / Travelodge places all over these areas now. I know of two around Old Street alone. Easy to find online?

We should post where everyone is going to stay in the future, to get connurbations of drunk, sweaty psychopaths materializing in major cities all over the planet, in the wake of Killing Joke gigs????

;)

Yeah I know a cheap & nasty guest houe that is ideal. Discovered it in 2008 at time of KJ gigs then, very lucky as I had important OU exam after the 2 gigs so could't afford to get fucked up over night. Place is Michaels Guest House in Kentish Town, 5 mins from tube. Sorry do not have phone number with me but if u are interested can let u know. They were charging £25 but have refurbished place so very nice now, & is £30. I personally won't b staying there this time but can def recommend.

The Fungus Moth.

Look at Finsbury Park. A short bus ride back to the gig and there are
loads of cheap hotels along that stretch of Seven Sisters that would do
the job,

Ilford or Barking aren't exactly hotspots of tourism so I hate to think
what a hotel in those areas would be like!

Hi all !!

I'm thinking of going to London to see Killing Joke at the

I found some cheap hotels in the East End (Ilford / Barking),

from
The Roundhouse back to Ilford / Barking after the show, by train
or tube !

Anyone know when a concert usually ends in London on a week day,
and
when the last tube and rail is !?

Or is it best just to get a hotel in the city ?

And do anyone know of a good (cheap) hotel in the Camden area ?

All the best
