Technically post-punk as in "after" punk, but not "post-punk" in a
Bunnymen/Joy Division sorta way.


The Pretenders were certainly inspired by punk, but I'd just call them
a rock n' roll band. Word has it that guitarist James Honeyman-Scott
(rip) hated all things punk, so there ya go.
