Well, familiarity breeds contempt & whilst I do no not wish to suggest that
I am treating the band with contempt, sometimes the mind wanders back to
those more youthful & innocent days between 1995-2003 when the band
seemingly dissapeared from sight & memories of classic days & rosy nights
filled the mind.  Sorry for not toasting 31st January & the 21 year
anniversary.   I think I already mentioned that the excessive repetition of
certain tracks on releases has blunted their appeal for me.  So Rapture.
Hm, on first listen I have to say reminds me of the Democracy period, ie
Drug or Aeons although of course not that similar musically.Obviously very
dirge like with its repetitive gtr line going through.  The thought that the
band are starting to sound very samey struck me.  I just hope there will be
more inspiring & dynamic numbers that will enliven a mind in perpetual fear
of what the world will throw up next.  Over & out!!

Of course , you don't sell records by promoting with this is nowhere as good
as the last one or this is the worst album we have made
