That probably is the case and that just proves the point even more. These kind of "business" tactics have been in place for some time and are quite strange. And everyone does it. Spinefarm, Plastichead, Relapse, etc etc. even the conglomerates. Maybe it's a way to make the "special editions" seem like they are on a smaller, more independent label. For Killing Joke it does not matter to me what label they are on. If the songs are good-great they can put it in a plastic bag. BUT don't give me a sales pitch about exclusivity. Print 1000 (which is quite a bit in the "exclusive lp release" market), charge high rate and THEN use sub par materials and packaging. 

I am a sucker and fan boy and buy a lot if stuff as a result. With the exception of Colsey art I have been conscistently let down with their exclusive stuff. 2003 onwards has been a big let down.
