Well, there's an awful lot of overlapping between post-punk and what would later be called goth. And Night Time as a whole served as an excellent entry point from goth into Killing Joke. After listening to LLB and Night Time for the first time, I very much thought they were a goth band. After exploring further, I realized they were a lot more. But it helped to turn a goth into a diehard KJ fanatic, which is hardly a bad thing, and I doubt I'm the only one.

It does not matter what number it is..it is a playlist not a chart!

Typical as usual that The Chameleons and Killing Joke get lumped into
the goth category.
