The shop and the label split in the early 80's when they had success with distribution. Read something about it recently but can't recall where. Sorry!

I thought they bellied up years ago? I know they had a lot of trouble with record stores back in the day with owing money and what not. Wasn't there one in the early 80's in San Francisco? Or was that just distributing?
