Been meaning to recommend Circle Of Animals - "Destroy the Light" LP for 
a while.  Sorry if it's already been discussed and I missed it.  From 
2010 it's not exactly new but I stumbled on it a few months ago and it's 
fucking brilliant.  It's like "Land of Rape and Honey"-era Ministry 
meets Swans.  Or something.
