Put differently, it's not Paranoia when they really are after you.
In general, is it Paranoia that there exist camps (w/overall capacity for 100s of 1,000s) out there but for no stated reason to said camps? And whose Paranoia is it: those who fear the camps or those who ordered them built - or both's? <--- new word, iKnow..
