Yes, that's what I wrote in my post. The March Violets are using it and I pledged for their new release. If the album is not released, all the pledgers will get a refund.

I agree with TB. No one can compare KJ to minor bands who need financing to afford a professional recording studio. I don't want to sound polemic, but I really think they are in an enviable position as opposed to many other bands that are cash-strapped or need visibility in music magazines to attract more fans to buy their music. They are in the position of recording, releasing and touring. They should start delivering on their promises like minor bands do because they are passionate and believe in what they do.

I believe PledgeMusic has some kind of formal mechanism to return funds if the project is cancelled. Too lazy to review the entire site but I think it's in there somewhere.
