Big epaulettes and lots of gold braid . . . a true totalitarian regime
must be able to keep the worlds gold braid manufacturers in business

New Zealand, I can arrange the totalitarian regime, and I'll put lots of
work into the uniforms, promise...

The country with the worst totalitarian regime. Pity we lost Syria and
the old Russia.

There would be no messing about with not playing.

Because if they tried to cancel there, they would have the best chance
of being in some real trouble with their fans...

It's because Leeds IS the best place on the planet!
I'm just biased, though :)

I'd rather be oop north, than down sarf..

I remember that... London might be fine but I would not like to travel
further in the uk.

Asked which was his favourite gig ever, Geordie said that in general he
loved playing Leeds. He said the Leeds crowd really "gets it", or
something like that. That's where I'd go if I didn't have personal
reasons to go to either London, Manchester or Sheffield. I think Leeds
may also be the cradle of Goth, but don't quote me.

Hi,

I've been wondering if I should travel to some KJ gig in Europe (from
Finland). I'd say UK, Germany and any place up north from those would be
fine. Which city/venue would you recommend ? Sound, atmosphere etc. The
cancellations etc. are a given, I'm willing to take the risk :)

They're coming to Helsinki, so I'll see them there anyway but would like
to hear your take on this.
