i haven't seen this before but i'm sure most gatherers have.go on u tube,type in 
behind the scenes with killing joke florida 1989'
In 2 parts total about 35 mins there's fly on the wall stuff of soundcheck  and 
eeting with skinny puppy & jaz slagging off raven and bpf 'wasting studio time' 
artin atkins and taif and footage of one of the gigs etc.
