There is a soundcheck out take of Geordie, Youth & BP doing a cover of
Good Times by Chic . . . I'm sure I have it somewhere

Covered by Geordie/Atkins of course (Damage Manual - 'Sunset Gun') as
well as Jaz on his classical 'Kashmir' album. You could argue Jaz has
done more covers than most in that sense.

In general I agree with Rob - not a fan of cover versions, with a few
exceptions. I quite enjoyed the Dead Kennedys tribute CD.

'Bodies' definitely a throwaway track by a band so in its infancy they
were a bit thin on material. The version has absolutely no musical merit
whatsoever and is really just of interest as a curiosity.

Occasionally bands/artists "make it their own", as Louie Walsh would
say, and covers can be good for introducing your fans to obscure older
acts.

Not interested in hearing KJ cover anything. Such an original band with
a unique, distinctive sound.

'Primitive' bassline is a ripoff too, remember. Great riff though.
