I thought i'd read, here or elswhere, that he lived there because I think his 
wife or family (or both? she's hispanic, right) were from there or had reasons 
to be there. But I don't remember too well. 


Another reason for it being an otherwise odd choice is that it is as much as 
1.5hour drive to hollywood and "The Biz" area of town.

I honestly don't know. I thought it was odd too. I wonder if maybe he was 
attracted to that sort of culture? Could've been family reasons I suppose, yes. 
Hadn't thought of that.
