I do find the wall of sound a bit hard to penetrate sometimes.

Too mushy. Layers of bad sounds do not make power. They just make alot of bad sound! The whole democracy production is flawed and it masks some decent songs.
I much prefer it now to when it was released.
Still would like to hear Aeon with the vocals up. That is a terrible mix.
