I can't see Jaz waving his magic wand and getting the seating pulled out in the stalls. i don't think i'll regret not going.

I'm seriously considering not going

I see no joy in a seated KJ gig
I may for myself up north but would
Like to see a decent change to the set.

Unfortunately this is not really viable when booking flights / trains etc nor is it for hotels as the further in advance you book the cheaper it is and the longer you leave it the less affordable it becomes. Normally with no refund for cancellations as it would seem many Gatherers are familiar with.

The words brewery, piss and organise spring to mind, unbelievable. At this rate organisation will have to also revolve around asking the fans if they want to attend.

I find it quite astounding that you can book dates for a band and not even check with them to see if they can / want to play , but hey i suppose nothing should surprise me with them anymore.

I can't be the only one on the list that finds both the tone and the content of that email rather alarming... Can I?

Jim.

Hi all,

Here is quite literally the email I received from Big Paul this morning :

" Firstly I was surprised that gigs had been booked without asking me if I was available and secondly that tickets were on sale before I had a chance to re arrange my business commitments.
However, the good news which I hope you will share with the Gathering, is that I will be playing all 3 of the shows"

WONDERFUL NEWS ;o)))
