[kj] Charging extra for a set list of our choice

In the bands defense- if I remember correctly the amount they were going
to charge per song- having like 2-3 songs requested to play and then
splitting up the proceeds amongst everyone- that amounts to uh, basically
nothing.
I think its a clumsy idea, but hardly greedy or capitalistic. No ones
retiring early off it.
