Wow. I've been looking for this for years.

I had a band in Boston in the late 70s - early 80s and we placed an ad 
in Melody Maker for a guitarist.  Kevin Mann sent us this.  He was my 
choice but the other guys were too poppy.  We split up before ever 
hiring someone.  Just as well.
