Even more gutted I couldn't see them now, although if this is it, the original line up's lasted longer than I imagined it would.
New album coming etc, hopefully it's just a short-term thing due to a clash of work commitments or the like.

Anyone shed any light?
BPF is the much missed icing on what was becoming a rather wonky cake.

Drummer wise, I'd love it if they went crazy & got Grohl to temp.
Would be a shrewd move business wise but also give them, IMO much needed new exposure.
Reading reviews & seeing the pics/vids the audience seems to be a dwindling list of 40/50-somethings, be nice to expand the fan base, spread the word & see some young blood in there.

[sticks tongue firmly in cheek...]
Having said that, maybe I'm kidding myself.
Maybe we're at the cooler end of these 80's acts still doing the rounds, recording the odd CD & playing the old standards while a bunch of frumpy mums pretend they're 15 again. "Too, shy shy, hush hush, eye to eye..."

:)
