Confirmed - it is Joe Pesci, on Saturday Night Live.


You can't find a lot of SNL stuff on YouTube, but just Google "Joe Pesci" "SNL" and "Pinky"

I remember that skit clearly! It was from Saturday Night Live-don't know what year. Maybe early 90s?
