[kj] You are a thief

I worked at the NSA's 8-track archives.  It went nowhere.
Operatives would collect intelligence with this device,
We would meet them in disguise at various flea markets to exchange
these storage devices, posing as second-hand junk buyers/vendors so
we could totally blend in along with our gear.
(notice the vintage casings of
"beatles/rubber soul"etc. on the
information drives. smart, huh?)
It didn't help our cover that the devices were shaped like a
cartoon-era dynamite detonator,

I was let go when Echelon developed the 'Cassette.'

A newspaper? Do they still have those?

I work at the buggy whip factory myself, but I'm thinking of moving up into IBM
Punch Card Data Operations.

Hey, Dirk: Don't feel bad. I work for a newspaper.
(However, your profession is truly great.)

Cheers,

Karen
