If I was a betting man, I would wager on serious unrest in the UK in the summer of 2011 ... this summer the masses were distracted by the World Cup spectacle and however bad things are, the London Olympics will pre-occupy many the following year ... but with nowt else to do and the impact of austerity measures hitting people rather severely ... the summer of 1981 revisited ???
