Pete, for fuck's sake. You know me and you know I'm a diehard who will buy the album. Been on this list forever...almost 20 years. I understand your point because someone could just kinda be surfing on the site and stumble onto it and dl it with no intention of buying it. Not really my problem. All I know is what I will do and I will always support the Joke. I was just happy to have found it to hear it (which, in my opinion, is brillant!) and I will be buying it when its released which I believe every member on this list will be doing.
Missed ya, Peter!

I ve left the U.K.
I noticed that a lot of people seem to be dying , and it dawned on me that my time will come soon, so I'll let those Eastern Europeans build the houses and I packed up and am travelling around the World . I am going to find somewhere that I like and live there . I may try to find a rainforest in Indonesia that doesnt have any large spiders , I f'kin hate spiders .
Anyway , I agree that most people on the Gathering will buy the album , but the casual music fan may just download it and not bother buying it upon its release .
Gems of power and cancelled gigs are not deliberate acts of theft , they are projects that didnt materialise . The original intention wasnt to steal or to deceive . Unlike the taking of the music, which is deliberately taking something that you have no right to take .

Pete!

Wondered where you were! Spectacular re-entry frothing at the mouth.

Every fuckers gonna buy this. You know it!

By the way, when you talk about thievery in the future think about Gems
Of Power and all the money wasted on cancelled gigs.

Copy us in your email to the band won't you?

Back on your horse! Giddy up!

If the band do not recuperate the monies spent on recording the album, then who do you suggest should pay for the expense of making the album, let alone the band receiving money in order to venture into any more projects .
Why do you feel that you have the right to obtain something for free ?
Whoever put it on rapidshare has done a huge disservice to the band , it was previously taken down for a reason and people should have respected this .
Would you feel happy if you spent over a year creating something that cost a lot of time and effort and expense and when you had completed it, people just came and took it without paying you for your work ?
Its similar to walking down a street, seeing a new house and saying "That looks nice, I'm going to go and live there", jumping over the wall and then going to live there.
The album isnt yours to either give away for free or to download for free .
It is like stealing from family members .

THANK YOU Phil! I just got WAY overcharged for the Soulseek thing and couldn't find what I was looking for at all. THIS asks for NO info and you just download...like it should be.

The file is no longer there. One day out of this mailing list and what kind of material you may loose!!

I solemnly promise -my right hand on my heart- i´ll buy the new record and the singles surrounding this new release.

Now: Could anybody help me here!?!?

All these past days I was thinking not download, not even listen, any more new tracks, in order to get an actual real "new CD"; but i really hate to read all your posts and have no idea of what you´re talking about. Bring it on please!
