Play is the cheapest for the deluxe, so far as I can tell.

 

However, can anyone tell me where I can order the ESS CD and 12”? Can’t find
it anywhere.

An opinion shared by many here I'm sure ... don't care if A Sixth
Son/Sun/Sow whatever is the only new track on the ESS single ... times
before we were happy with 7 remixes of Pandemonium etc on a single ... this
album is fantastic and I may be spalshing out on various formats ...
www.play.com have the deluxe 2XCD for a mere 11.99 GBP ... just £1 more than
the album proper !
