If the band do not recuperate the monies spent on recording the album, then 
 who do you suggest should pay for the expense of making the album, let 
alone  the band receiving money in order to venture into any more projects .  
Why do you feel that you  have the right to obtain something for free ? 
Whoever put it on rapidshare has done a huge disservice  to the band , it 
was previously taken down for a reason and people should have  respected this 
.
Would you feel happy if  you spent over a year creating something that cost 
a lot of time and effort  and expense and when you had completed it, people 
just came and took it  without paying you for your work ?
Its similar to walking down a street, seeing a new house  and saying "That 
looks nice, I'm going to go and live there", jumping over the  wall and then 
going to live there.
The  album isnt yours to either give away for free or to download for free 
.  
It is like stealing from family members  .

couldn't find what I was looking for at all.  THIS  asks for NO info and you 
just download...like it should be.
