[kj] Warm up show at the Fleece??

Looks like the venue holds about 450, which is the equivalent of seeing them at the Empty Bottle in Chicago.
 
Anybody else going to Chicago or LA? At my age, this is probably my show-going valedictory, so I plan to be as obnoxious as possible.

... and if the layout is the same as the last time I was there, watch out for the shelves around the pillars, (which are in the middle of the small dancefloor/moshpit). I had to call an ambulance during a Spear gig there after somebody cracked their head open on one of said shelves...

I was there in the Bristol audience with you if it was that Carling gig?  I saw my hero John Foxx play the Fleece same year.  Good venue.  Small but recommended.  I prophecise...I see....sardines!

Yay! I was planning a trek into London to see the Joke but this is a short hop from my home town of Weston-super-Mare. It's been a long time for me, 2003 at the Anniversary gig was the last time I saw them. Can't wait!
