Also most of the songs from the Circle Jerks first album were Redd Kross  
songs that Greg took with him when starting the Circle Jerks with Keith.

Keith was the first singer for Black Flag, prior to forming the Circle  
Jerks. As a bit of trivia, Circle Jerks guitarist Greg Hetson was originally a  
member of Redd Kross (whose Steve McDonald now plays bass for Off). That 
same  incarnation of Redd Kross also featured Ron "Chavo Pederast" Reyes, who  
succeeded Keith Morris in Black Flag.

I was at that show last Wednesday here in Hollywood – great show. Redd 
Kross  played a few songs and then Scream played. I picked up the OFF! 7inch 
after  the show. The venue was 2 blocks away from my apartment – how could I 
not go  - Great!
