[kj] AD - USA Release 11/16/10

I already have the UK deluxe version. Is there any reason (other then supporting KJ sales) to buy it. 
The reason I ask. My smarter half bought the "Super-duper deluxe" ticket package for the NYC shows. And it claims there is a meet and greet and I get copy of the CD. Which I assume is the domestic version.
