Has anyone actually tried to describe Killing Joke's sound as "the sound
of the earth vomiting"? Or even mention that that's how they have been
(self) described?

Because, FYI,  it's impossible to do without sounding like an utter twat,
and depthchargeing any kind of cool you (thought you) had going on.
