Hm. Had no idea they were a band. I just thought that name [In Excelsis = In heaven? Up on high?] would be an amusing title coming as it is after Hosannas From The Basements Of Hell. 
Then again it sounds like INXS..

Same here, Folk. Steve Spon from Uk Decay played in it. My first reaction to this title was inevitably thinking of the band In Excelsis, and listening to their "Carnival of Damocles"...

I wish they named the album "In Excelsis." I don't like 'Feast Of Fools,' plus it sounds a bit clumsy.
