[kj] OT: Stooges - Raw Power. Hammersmith

It was excellent ... although my ears were quite blasted by Suicide. I was in The Trout from 7 to 7.30 then decided to head into the venue early as I didn't know what time Suicide would come on (8.10 a guy later said).  I didn't manage to meet up with anyone on the list (nor Dawn's brother Grant who had tickets upstairs) but I did bump into (KJ fan) geordie Jim ... it was a great night indeed.

I didn't get to the Trout, sorry....
 
I thought it was superb..far too good a show to be put on by a 63 year old frontman with a record company executive playing guitar...
 
really good to hear the Raw Power era tracks played rather than theset list they've toured in recent years. As much as I love 1969, Real Cool Time etc it was nice to hear something different
 
It's not only Jesus that loves the Stooges...
