Wow, that's some pretty awful stuff. Can that "Fast Times" melody from Sammy Hagar even qualify as a song? It's like a 

bad parody of a bad parody of a bad hard rock song.

And don't forget the theme from the Patrick Swayze movie "Footloose"--on of the worst 2-note melodies ever.

My vote for some of the most annoying 80s songs:

Tainted Love

Please, Alex. My Sharona is one of the worst rock songs ever written, and Tension is a pretty good one.
(We should make a list of the worst songs ever--starting w/Styx, Foriegner, Journey, etc)
