If not honored, then refunded.  Likely minus the service fees though, which is irritating, thus my advice to not purchase any further tickets.  All the above though is out of the bands hands, and is up to each promoters policies which is in the fine print.

Every effort is being made to prepare a full tour of the States including southern regions that have not been hit before.
 
The postponement is a disappointment to everyone.  
 
The shortcomings of the official site are known, and when possible it will be remedied.  
 
The primary focus now is proper mastering of the tracks - not a step to do in haste.  Note that the version of Endgame posted on youtube is an unmastered version.  Same for I Buy with Tim Burgess.
 
The band is not profiting from the delay, nor was it their choice.  
 
Stay tuned and keep the faith.
