Unlike the past, there is not a single person controlling things.  Deals for tours, cd releases, publicity, websites, etc, are separate and difficult to coordinate.

It has a lot to do with the decline of revenue from cd sales due to filesharing/downloading.

Every effort is being made to prepare a full tour of the States including southern regions that have not been hit before.
 
The postponement is a disappointment to everyone.  
 
The shortcomings of the official site are known, and when possible it will be remedied.  
 
The primary focus now is proper mastering of the tracks - not a step to do in haste.  Note that the version of Endgame posted on youtube is an unmastered version.  Same for I Buy with Tim Burgess.
 
The band is not profiting from the delay, nor was it their choice.
