[kj] Paris 19th again ... a further thought

What if a further album playback could be arranged in Paris on the 19th, I'm sure that would go some way in appeasing folks who have committed to going ... flights to Geneva in late March are very expensive and I can't make it anyway due to child minding duties ...

I have eurostar tickets & a hotel booked in Paris for 19th ... if the ceremony is still taking place on the 19th and other friends will be there, excellent. I was going to bin the non-fundable train ticket but not if this event is still taking place, sounds like a worthwhile trip, despite the gig being cancelled.

Dear dodgy Pete,
 
we know all about you. Nevertheless, you have a very good point and while the circumstances are out of 
control, the very least we could do is credit you for your single second class bus ticket on the record, 
plus a few more deserving cases. It would probably make better artwork than the 2003 record, if you could 
include some real whining, this would up the entertainment factor.
 
Great idea: send all invoices and bills to Universal Records and tell them to put it on our tab. We will 
return your travel expenses in late 2012. I have a list of new names for you as I hear you have been banned 
from the mailninglist - you definitely sound like one of my friends.

My 50th birthday party will take place in Geneva as planned and all Gatherers are welcomed to the ceremony 
in Paris on the 19th (unless I don't like you).
