Imagine the Mike Flowers Pops covering Vengeance?

Friends and I attempted something like that once. Best was She's Lost Control by Joy Division. These things needs be done.
Try singing KJ songs as easy listening versions at home??? Get the kids to join in - choral?

Been lurking a while so hi all!

Saw NMA on Thursday at Holmfirth for the Glasto warm-up. Superb! If you get a chance, go see.
Still waiting for my In Excelsis cd!

Hey Jane, thanks for the info - didn't know NMA were playing Glastonbury. I've always liked them, and just did a search for a setlist of the covers show... do you remember any of what they played? Someone on their forum mentioned Summer In The City (Lovin' Spoonful) and Green Onions (Booker T & The MG's), which honestly doesn't excite me too much! Can you remember any others?

Thanks.

T.

In all my years of solid gigging that is a rarity, and one I'll not forget for a while. There were a lot of open mouths amongst my friends - one nearly dropped her falafel, and I was so pleased I hadn't heard that particular rumour in advance.

I've never watched Muse on TV, and I don't as a rule like big gigs, but they really do own the stage and overwhelm any audience when you are there...
