ENG v. GER this morning..

Anyone care to do a post-mortem on it?  Was it the sidelined injured players, was it the weather, was it the ball? Was it because of the Goal That Never Was that started things falling apart?
I almost switched off the tv at the start of the 2nd half when I came back into the room and saw the score was unadjusted for Reality.
