The download link that was posted has reached its limit so I might go look for a torrent while I'm waiting for the mail from Finland.

Several people (including myself) were wondering if this was going to be released as a CD only, since we can't take advantage of the UK Amazon download. Record Store X in Finland seems to be able to ship the CD worldwide for about 10 Euros, or $12.30USD / 8.20GBP
