I absolutely love it (though the sound quality means I couldn't hear it properly). Agree that Jaz's voice is better than the "old warty toad" of recent years. Hope there's more of the same on the album. One thing though, I couldn't stop thinking that this is what U2 would sound like if they did metal. Is that the edge on backing vocals? "Hey Red Rocks, this is 'Gloria'...."

The bad:

What? Why can’t kj learn that less
is more, space is more important than yet another track of guitar buzz saturating
and obscuring what came before it. The guitar has no body, no power, no point
of existing. Why have Geordie play if what he creates sounds like a kid who
just learned IV chords at a guitar center on a POD.

1234 1234 downstrokes for a groove…fucking
lazy rudimentary and not interesting or inspiring…for robot dancers only.

On the positive side:

The voice sounds better then the past
couple albums at least jaz isn’t trying to sound like a old warty toad
possessed by a B movie villain.

Youth doesn’t sound like he has in
the mid 90’s
