No doubt they were influenced by Motley Crue's use of an umlaut. 
One tour with Motley Crue and it seems the 'rubbing off' went the wrong 
direction.

Anyone know why they are useing the norwegian letter ø 
in killing jøke on the cover of In Excelsis ??
 
In scandinavia the alfabet have 29 letters !
 
in the end its x y z æ ø å ! :>
 
 
One one of the cans, its written in capital letters KILLING JØKE !
