I posted this before, but for reference:
 
I live in Minnesota. I purchased the "In Excelsis" CD directly from Record Store X in Finland. I used PayPal and it arrived in less than two weeks and cost app. $12.50 (US), including shipping. It was packaged well for the journey, arrived in good order and I believe they accept other methods of payment as well.
