Yes, it  certainly sounds like Devo and has good energy and production, but there are few really memorable songs on it. It tends to rely to much on silly vocal parts (e.g. "Hunan Rocket", "Cameo"), and even the single "Fresh" is a bit lacking.

I think that whole "you decide the tracks" campaign was just a bit of a promotional device. 


I've listened to the album in question twice. It's not bad, but I've yet to divine a reason to listen to it more often.
