[kj] OTG ???

There's times (in the past I hasten to add) when I've played OTG endlessly ... despite the fact it ended up as just a Jaz & Geordie album

... it's existence was the catalyst for Extremities ... I love Hosannas too, especially Majestic and The Lightbringer ... sorry Jon ... time to relay that ancient anecdote, when sometime in 88/89 when I carelessly left my car unlocked at Ealing Common tube station ... came back from work to find the door latch up ... car stereo was still there ... I had 3 tapes in there ... 2 of them (OTG and BTATS) had gone ... but "Billy Idol : Idol Songs (11 Of The Best)" was still there ... even though someone had bothered to peel off the Our Price sticker ! :o)

I love "Hosannas From The Basement of Hell" and its hardcore sound, even if the recording could have been better. "OTG" is a no no still after so many years.

Folk definitely has a point. Democracy was OK; "Basement of Hell" I just do not like and cannot get into, no matter how many times I listen to it.

I actually like Democracy. Sure there's a couple of dodgy ones there, unlike a rushed mess from the basements of hell..

as much as i liked what i read and i must express a new fondness for Youth now I know that he is cat lover-there was a story about Jaz losin Youth's cat or something like that many years ago. That article seemed to imply that this new recording is going to be awesome which i hope is true but we been dissapointed so many times bfore.I remember almost crying after i heard democracy and had similar sinking feeling after basements although there were some wicked tracks on each and 1 top track left out of each-mass& universe b.

Jazz is on the wagon?Rememer the interview i think it was published in Q when the reporter' met Jaz @ the airport stinking of booze after being up all night composing'

If he has that's pretty admirable. I gave up 40 fags a day but everyone has their poison-it's a tough life out there . Tigers given up...................( That's Tony The Tiger From Frosties) for legal purposes. what an example to us all.
