[kj] Off Topic-Killing Joke (MK 1991)

The dick from Headless promotions (cant remember his name now) was
responsible for cocking that one up. The gig was at Stantonbury
leisure centre (a stones throw from my flat at the time) but he sent a
press release out to the national music papers advertising it at The
Pitz, a much smaller venue across the other side of town. Hence the
gig was only half full as many people had gone to the wrong venue. He
then (apparently) tried to blame KJ for not being able to pull in a
full crowd and said that he would only pay them half their fee. Not
surprising they pulled out really. No one got their money back either.
